Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and talk therapy brings traditional counseling outdoors, combining the psychological benefits of psychotherapy with the physical and mental boosts of walking in nature. This dynamic approach is a perfect fit if you experience mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or high stress, as the physical movement naturally lowers cortisol and releases mood-boosting endorphins. It is exceptionally well-suited for clients who feel stuck, trapped, or intimidated by a traditional office setting, providing a side-by-side, forward-moving environment that makes it easier to process life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges.
